Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Life happens, and plans sometimes change. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or transfer of payment to a new appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

If The Sounding Board needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will always have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
